Charles is a President of Keating Consulting Service, an Illinois based corporation which began operations in 1983 and incorporated in 1987. His firm offers a full spectrum of information technology consulting services to a varied, national client base. He has an extensive background in software development, systems and business analysis, computer hardware, network design, telecommunications, and systems integration. Charles is also a partner in Professional Options and K2 Strategic, consulting on business, policy and IT initiatives in economic development, technology and government policy. A WSTA founding member, he holds a BA in computer science and business administration from Elmhurst College, and holds Microsoft MCP certifications in Windows 2000 Professional and Windows 2000 Server.
Bill is currently an asset manager with Envisioneering, Bill is a retired 21 Year Navy Submarine Veteran who has been in the computer/IT industry for over 30 years. He graduated from Georgia Military College with a Certificate of Data Processing and an Associates of Science, Business Administration. He is pursuing his Associate in Technical Arts, Computer Information Systems at Olympic College. A member WSTPA since early 2002, Bill also serves on Olympic College’s Computer Information Systems Advisory Committee, which provide feedback to the college on the types of courses and curriculum they should be teaching.
Angela has nearly 20 years of experience and was manager of Marketing/Business Development at General Dynamics Information Technology, Marketing Manager at The Doctors Clinic, and Business Development / Product Marketing for MarketPRO Int'l. Angela has a BA in Business Administration from UW.
Dale is a retiree from Verizon communications (where he employed for 31 years) was and has a long history with technology going back to the 1970's with the Air Force.
Linda is CEO of Demarche Consulting Group. Her firm provides consulting on business process improvement, change management, decision models, and performance management. She is an accomplished entrepreneur and highly effective consultant, with over 25 years of experience in a variety of industries. Her consulting experience and focus is about making workplaces better places to be. Her focus is on practicing and teaching a compassionate approach to change, helping companies succeed by engaging, enlisting, and enabling their people. Linda also serves as the 2011 chair of the Kitsap County Planning commission.
