Our main number (206.984.3509) allows callers to leave a voice message or facsimile, which then arrives via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for a return call. WSTA has a volunteer board and minimal staff support.

Upcoming Events
Monthly meetings are typically held the 3rd Thursday of each month from 5:30p-7:30p at Poulsbo Regional Library's Community Room. The cost is generally free to members, and $10 for non-members unless otherwise noted. We also have special interest group (SIG) meetings, business breakfast briefings, an annual summit in October, and other fun activities. Please visit our home page for a brief description of upcoming events. The "Events" tab includes more details, including bios, time, cost or location. Registering or email RSVPs allow us to plan refreshments, or guarantee a large enough turnout to proceed with the meeting. registering provides an automatic email confirmation. Please note that we do not provide confirmation for email RSVPs. As a non-profit organization, WSTA regretfully cannot refund fees due to non-attendace or cancellation, but we encourage you to substitute another person in your place.

Membership
Memberships are $75/year (individual), $25/year (student) $250/year (business with two named individuals) or corporate sponsors (with increasing numbers of members). Current members who renew prior to or within 30 days of expiration can renew for the rate at which they joined. Click the "membership" menu item for details regarding benefits and a membership application. Membership applications and payments are processed as soon as possible, but please allow at least 1-2 weeks to receive a welcome email. Processing memberships via U.S. mail may take longer.

Email Notices
Members and Non-members can be notified of our events and initiatives by registering with this site and requesting notices. There is no cost to maintain a profile or to receive notices. We respect the privacy of your information, and do not share it with any other entities.

Registrations
If you have registered for an event, it is our policy to provide a confirmation closer to the date of the event. Please not write us requesting individual confirmations. Also, unless you opt-out, your contact information will be entered into our database for future notices as described in the previous paragraph.

Presenting to WSTA
We welcome both local and nationwide presenters for our events. Please review our presentation guidelines before filling out a presenter proposal . Our board will review it and contact you if interested, and offer potential dates.

Volunteers or Board of Directors
WSTA is a 501c3 non-profit, and currently operates with a small volunteer board and no staff. We always welcome volunteers to Chair or assist with our Working Groups and SIGs, and to serve on our board of directors. Promoting non-WSTA Events
We are interested in non-competing events which are of benefit to our members and constituents. Our preference is to create partnerships with entities and organisations which will either reciprocate promotions, provide WSTA member discounts, offer speaking opportunities, or provide exhibitor or sponsor status in exchange for promoting your event to our databases.
