Charles. Keating

Mr. Keating is a President of Keating Consulting Service (KCS) an Illinois based corporation which began operations in 1983 and incorporated in 1987. KCS offers a full spectrum of information technology consulting services to a varied, national client base. Mr. Keating has an extensive background in software development, systems and business analysis, computer hardware, network design, telecommunications, and systems integration. Mr. Keating is also a partner in Professional Options, a business, policy and IT consulting firm. Mr. Keating is involved with initiatives in economic development, technology and government policy. A WSTPA founding member, Keating holds a BA in computer science and business administration from Elmhurst College, and holds Microsoft MCP certifications in Windows 2000 Professional and Windows 2000 Server.
Ken Sethney
Mr. Sethney is a marketing coach and CEO mentor. Ken has spent most of his career helping the leaders of midsize companies develop strategic plans and make profitable marketing decisions. Mr. Sethney earned a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Washington and was an early developer of content management systems for online marketing applications. As a former group chair at Vistage International, CEO coach at VenturePoint Small Business Development Center, and president of The Sethney Group, Ken brings his considerable talents and many years of experience to help us create a high technology future, one relationship at a time.
William Huckabee
Bill is currently an asset manager with Envisioneering, Bill is a retired 21 Year Navy Submarine Veteran who has been in the computer/IT industry for over 30 years. He graduated from Georgia Military College with a Certificate of Data Processing and an Associates of Science, Business Administration. He is pursuing his Associate in Technical Arts, Computer Information Systems at Olympic College. A member WSTPA since early 2002, Bill also serves on Olympic College’s Computer Information Systems Advisory Committee, which provide feedback to the college on the types of courses and curriculum they should be teaching.
Theodore "Ted" Farmer, Jr.
Ted is currently a principal of Precise Appraisal Management, LLC. Prior 10 year owner /operator at Heads Up Brewing Company, Farmer was also Director of Logistics for Simpson Paper Co. in Houston, TX. He served on the Board of Directors for Silverdale Chamber of Commerce from 2003-2006. During this time, he was voted Member of the month, chaired the Military Affairs Committee, and received a special award from Admiral of Navy Region Northwest for work on Military Affairs. He was also previously on the industry advisory board for the San Jacinto Junior College School of Data Processing.
